We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - not right in the touristy district, but still within walking distance to many popular attractions. The neighborhood was elegant, safe, and quiet. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated and had a charming boutique feel. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. They even upgraded us to a nice suite and provided excellent service. Breakfast on the roof balcony was a highlight, with delicious food and a stunning view. The room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring high-quality amenities and a private terrace with a jacuzzi. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
This hotel is highly recommended for families.

During my recent transit in Athens, I had the opportunity to stay at Flair hotel. Located just a 10-minute walk from Syntagma, the convenience of its location made it an ideal choice for a short stay. its proximity to Monastiraki, only 1.5 km away, allowed me to easily explore the vibrant city center during my limited time in Athens. with Eleftherios Venizelos airport being just 35 km away, Flair Hotel proved to be a convenient option for travelers in transit.
The breakfast system at the hotel, where guests had to fill in a form the day before and commit to a specific time for their 'a la carte' breakfast on the terrace, was not to my liking.

The area where this hotel is located is wonderful, elegant, and quiet. You can reach touristic spots on foot, and there is a metro station only a 5-minute walk away. the breakfast offered was fresh and had a wide range of options. the staff was extremely helpful and always eager to assist us. One morning, as we had an early tour to a touristic attraction, they even served us breakfast before their usual working hours.
The hotel did not have an elevator/lift, which was a bit exhausting as we had to walk several flights of stairs to reach our room. the air extractor in the bathroom was not placed appropriately, and this made noise and was not satisfying for our nocturnal needs.

The staff made an effort to help us with our luggage since there are no elevators. The breakfast was quite varied and tasty. The hotel is located quite close to different sightseeing spots and metro stations, which helped us save some bucks on transportation.
The hotel could use some room upgrades and renovations. The shower was a bit difficult to use, and the towels were far from the shower area.
